Orientation + Event 1 at CrossFit Colorado Springs

Saturday

7-9am

Duathlon Clinic + Event 2 at Cheyenne Mountain High School Aquatics Center and Track

11am-1pm

Strongman Clinic + Event 3 at Grit Athletics

3-6pm

Events 4 + 5 at CrossFit Colorado Springs

Sunday

8am-12pm

Events 6 + 7 at CrossFit Colorado Springs

Who is this for, exactly?

This Training Camp is for fitness athletes who are looking to prepare for multi-day regional, national or international-level competitions.

At this camp, you will:

-receive instruction from subject matter experts and compete in fitness, duathlon and strongman

-experience a comprehensive test that will give you a complete picture of your readiness to compete at the highest level

-compete against other advanced athletes

Spots are limited to 16 athletes.

Individual, team and masters athletes welcome.

Will there be any other camps this year?

This is the only training camp in 2024.

What's the catch?

The intent of this training camp is to provide a top class instructional and competitive experience for advanced athletes.

That meant doing more than just opening the doors of a gym.

The entry fee of $197 is to cover the cost of specialty venues and guest coaches.

I created this because I wish it existed when I was competing.

My goal is for all athletes to leave with greater confidence in their ability to compete at the highest level.

I’m a coach and resource for fitness, hybrid and tactical athletes.

I made so many mistakes as an athlete. All effort and no guidance.

I’ve felt the frustration of injuries and lack of progress, most of which could have been avoided.

Those experiences made me dedicate my life to coaching and teaching.

Instead of frustration, I want athletes to have the satisfaction that they saw how far they could go.

I coach and create resources to help athletes do that.
