I'll never forget my first experience with gymnastics.

I was 19, and my college had a class taught by former collegiate gymnasts.

One of the coaches gave me a copy of "Building the Gymnastic Body" by Christopher Sommer.

The cover was a waist-to-neck photo of a jacked, shredded gymnast.

For the next 3 years, I followed the system laid out in that book.

The results were amazing.

Before my first competition, I could do strict ring muscle ups.

I consider myself lucky that I learned from gymnasts first.

Since that experience, I’ve coached competitors from beginners to elite athletes.

I’ve put all of my knowledge about gymnastics into this training, and I’m excited to share it with you.

In this live training, you will learn:

We’ll address the beliefs:

“You don’t have to be that strong to be good at gymnastics.”

“If I stop doing metcons, I’ll lose my edge.”

“I’ve tried everything - I can’t fix my mobility.”

Hey guys, I’m Paul.

I’m a coach and resource for fitness, hybrid and tactical athletes.

I made so many mistakes as an athlete. All effort and no guidance.

I’ve felt the frustration of injuries and lack of progress, most of which could have been avoided.

Those experiences made me dedicate my life to coaching and teaching.

Instead of frustration, I want athletes to have the satisfaction that they saw how far they could go.

I coach and create resources to help athletes do that.

Who is this for, exactly?

This live training is for athletes and coaches who want to learn how to master gymnastics for fitness athletes.

There are no hacks, tips or tricks, because mastery takes time. This is for those who want to learn what it will actually take - even if it means training differently from others or what they are used to.

I created this because I wish it existed when I was starting out in the sport.

My goal by the end is for you to have clarity on how you should train.

What if I can’t make the training, will it be recorded?

I encourage you to come to the live training and connect with likeminded coaches and athletes. At the end, you’ll also get to ask questions and get advice tailored to your situation. Everyone who signs up will get permanent access to the recording with chapters for easy navigation.
