It starts with a comprehensive assessment:
Vitality (Rhythm, Nourishment, Sleep, Lifestyle)
Body (Body Composition, Biomarkers optional)
Performance (Movement, Conditioning, Strength, Skill)
From that information, you get custom-built programming and daily action steps for your nutrition, habits and supplementation.
This is a results-driven process designed to maximize individual, athletic potential.
What comes afterwards is a sense of completion and peace - because you left no stone unturned.

I tend to attract lone wolves who struggle to lean on others. They are Type A and have been piecing their process together from multiple resources. They tend to be selective about who they trust. When they come to me they feel ready to take the final step in their athletic journey.

This is not for everyone. Remote Performance Coaching is $375 per month. Most of my clients invest 1-5 years into this process. It’s for individuals ready to make the final investment in reaching their athletic potential.

The promise.
When I was competing, I always had a sense that I wasn’t doing enough.

This was helpful, to a point, because I investigated everything - I looked under every rock.
But this constant investigating started to interfere with progress - sometimes I obsessed too much.
When I started working with a coach, I felt a sense of relief.
I realized I wasn’t alone. There were other people out there who were as obsessed as I was, just more experienced, and I knew their insight would help me.
Once I had someone I trusted who I could talk to, who was prescribing things for me and watching over everything I was doing, I could finally relax a little bit.

"I really enjoy working with Paul and I am thrilled with the progress I have made. Before coming to Paul, I struggled with knee pain while working out, gaining strength, and plateauing in performance. I was doing tons of Metcons and putting in lots of effort but going nowhere. I was frustrated. Under the guidance of Paul, I understood the fundamentals to elite performance include absolute strength and aerobic endurance. With these principles being incorporated in my programming, my strength increased, one example being a 8% increase in my max bench press and a 5% increase in my max strict press. I feel like I am making progress again. Additionally, Paul listened to my concerns about my keen pain while working out and lack of range of motion in my right knee. He tailored the movements to help me restore the range of motion and re-build my previously injured leg. Significant improvement happened in my right knee shortly after following the program.
